A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
Processing
It usually takes 1-4 business days for your order (while some items may need 6-9 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.

We offer free shipping by Flat rate shipping. For express shipping please choose the shipping method at checkout page.

Delivery
Your tracking number and the express company website link will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. You can also track it in user account on Southern Belle Raisin’ Hell. We will also e-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery. After you receive the order you purchased, you are free to write a review and get points rewarded. Please contact us within 6 months since shipment if no receipt or delivery, our representative will resolve this problem within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Custom Tax or Duty
Normally customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspection, sometimes customers may have to pay tariff. If there are any duties or fees due to customs inspections or any other fees you were charged, please keep the receipt of the payment and contact our customer service by submitting a ticket.
APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
We apologize that military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) cannot be delivered. For the US territories, please provide an alternative address. We don't deliver to below islands, Guam, Jersey, Guernsey, Virgin Islands (UK) and Isle of Man, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Reunion, Martinique. If you were in Puerto Rico, you could state Puerto Rico in the country section instead of state or province section.
